When you send photos or book an estimate, your request goes straight to the Denver heating and cooling contractor that does our estimates and installs. The photos on this site are their work.
Where the prices come from
The ranges are typical prices from our recent furnace, AC and heat pump estimates in the Denver area, before rebates. Half of those estimates fall inside the range, though the range for a heat pump with a new gas furnace follows our current pricing instead. Out-of-pocket figures are what most Xcel gas customers in the Denver metro have paid since October 1, 2026, after every rebate. Your price depends on your equipment, venting and the work your house needs, which is why we ask for photos.
Rebates and tax credits change, sometimes mid-year. On October 1, 2026, Xcel Energy lowered its heat pump bonus for Xcel gas customers, from three times the standard rebate to two. See the current rebate amounts.
